Cottage Inn is an attractive beach cottage located in Tolovana Park, in the south part of town, on a dead end street. This home is very inviting for a small family. Upon entering the home you step into the kitchen, which has a large island, great for preparing meals. The dining room with table for six features a wood fireplace and is open to the kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a pyramid bunk with a trundle. The full bathroom has a shower/tub. The cozy living room has a hide-a-bed for those extras guests. The large fenced yard is a great place for a game of croquet. A quick walk to the beach on this dead end street. Sleeps 6 maximum, no smoking, and no pets, parking for 2 cars.

A comfortable, cozy home with a view of the ocean. You can sit on the front porch and hear the waves. The house is immaculately clean (furnishings are older in many cases but clean and well kept). We had a great stay and had everything we needed. Not far from the main part of town, overall a great place that I would go back to.

We really loved our time at the Cottage Inn. I would say that although it sleeps 6, only the queen bed is really suited for adults. Everything else available for sleeping was suitable for kids to sleep on. Queen bed was very, very comfortable! My only
complaint was that the screendoor slams behind you so we were constantly trying to put a foot out to slow it down so it wouldn't slam.

This is a sweet, cozy home with a fantastic location and wonderful view of the ocean from the living room and kitchen. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved watching the wild bunnies roam around the yard. The kitchen was huge and it had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

We would love to see an upgrade on the TV/ video equipment (the DVD player needs replacing,or at least cleaning--we couldn't play movies!) A gas fireplace would be wonderful, instead of the wood-burning one~and we would love to see a small bench in the kitchen, to look out at the view of the sea (instead of the highchair...)

Beautiful quiet street with ocean view. It was a great home base for days of exploring and shopping. Drizzly days and stormy nights were spent curled up on the leather couches. Loved every minute of it. Oh, the shower was great. It was a totally updated bathroom.

I'd highly recommend Cottage Inn for a small family with kids. There were toys for the house and for the sand and great bunk beds for sleeping. The location was really convenient too, just a short walk past a few houses and you were at the beach. It is not within walking distances to town really (if you have a stroller and all) so you'd want to rely on the free shuttle or your car.

This is a great little cottage. Great for a family of four or six with small children and perfect for a couple. The only drawback with older children would be the one bathroom. Small things make the difference when travelling with kids. This cottage has a bookshelf full of toys, books, games, puzzles to keep kids occupied if weather is foul. In good weather, the beach is only a quick walk away and the cottage has all the sand toys you'll need.
