  Although located on the corner of the main street of Canon Beach, noise was not a problem in this cute, and partially remodeled bungalow. The bedrooms, bath, and kitchen are all perfectly fine, functional beach-home decor circa 1960. The great room and dining room are really wonderful, however, with a very cozy warm feeling perfect for lounging, reading, or just watching the fire. The fireplace is truly awesome. The location is also awesome -- equidistant to the beach and The Sleepy Monk! The only thing irksome was the $75 cleaning deposit, which seemed a bit steep for a two night stay. Overall, a very nice home that is comfortable and inviting.

  We had such a great time! We lit a fire the moment we got there and kept it going the whole time! The first night it stormed like crazy and we all just sat around the fireplace and watched tv and listened to music while sippin on some adult beverages. Very clean house and well taken care of! We would stay every weekend if only we could! Thank you so much for the experience, and we will be back!!!

  We have come to celebrate New Years for several years and tried several different lodgings- Monkey Business was far and away the most delightful! Our fourteen-year-old daughter was thrilled with the window seat and immediately claimed it as her reading area. My husband plugged his i-pod into the stereo system and treated us to beautiful tunes to complement our enjoyment of the living room, and the discovery of the Cary Grant, Ginger Rogers movie "Monkey Business" just rounded out a wonderful stay. The access to the beach and to businesses as well, together with the ambience of the cottage made this a fabulous visit for us!

  Our family went for a long weekend at Monkey Business and loved our stay. Great access to the beach, and the house is clean and well stocked. Our 2 year old love all of the monkeys throughout the house. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

  The house was as cute as any beach cottage could be.
  We were four women getting away for the weekend and Monkey business was just the ticket.
  We enjoyed a roaring fire while sipping wine and sharing stories as women do best. Comfort was at its best. We were close to town and the beach.
  The weeking came to an end much to soon.

  We had a great time! The living room space is really lovely and roomy, making up for the itty bitty bedrooms, bath and kitchen. Would have enjoyed regular crisp white sheets so we knew they were clean... the bed pillows are a little over the top for such a small space. Outdoor deck and furniture were nice...kitchen was adequately supplied. Overall very restful and relaxing time.

  Wonderful home (full of windows), but did get too cold. Fireplace is huge but cannot feel warmth from it and it burns wood quickly. Beds comfortable,house comfortably furnished, and in the middle of where I like to walk. Great week.

  The kitchen needs to be updated, replace the stove and dish washer!!! We cooked 95% of our meals, and it was a slow process. Also, it would be great to have a BBQ grill available. All in all, it was a great place, the home was comfortable, close to the beach.

  This small cottage lives large. Not on the beach, but only a couple of blocks away (and only a few more to town.) Comfortable stay. The folks at Cannon Beach Property Management are are friendly and helpful. Great experience!

  A queen bed in one of the two bedrooms would have been nice (the two fulls are comfortable~just not roomy for two). It's a great property none the less!! Close to all the Cannon Beach attractions.

• This is a well-designed and tastefully decorated house. The location is really convenient; just a short walk to the beach and near enough to the main shopping area to walk. I highly recommend a relaxing stay here!
