  The only problem we had with the property is the condition of the King bed in the master bedroom. It creaks loudly every time you roll over and gave us a bad back.

  Would have liked to have some shampoo, but other than that, this place is quite homely. It is a 2 storey condo and the C-building where this condo is, is much nicer to look at than the B-building just adjacent. We were supposed to have access to the garage, but all sets (3) of keys provided were unable to open the access door on the right of the garage to open the garage door. But it wasn't much of a problem, since there was ample parking 20 feet away from the garage itself. The condo has a pool though the proximity of the beach made it our preferred choice.

  We had a good four days here. They even had water wings for the kids, beach towels and a little boat to use in the indoor pool. The carpet on the main floor really needed cleaning. With the exception of a strainer in the kitchen, it was totally complete. A suggestion - we had no seran wrap or plastic storage bags and they were needed. Be sure to put some in from home.
  There was a brand new BBQ on the deck. The extra blankets for the hide a bed needed care. One was dirty and the other had been melted on one full corner. There were 8 of us in this unit and it was certainly adequate for us. There were even extra chairs in the closet and a deck table and chairs down in the garage, if we wanted to bring it up. This is also a pretty quiet place. The bedrooms and two twin beds in the loft certainly are very nice.

  Location is very nice at south end of Cannon Beach. Pool is a big hit with the kids. Condo is very well appointed for a rental including sand toys and kites for the kids, extra chairs for guests, etc. Could use better stovetop cookware - but otherwise everything we needed and more. Wireless internet is a great touch. We would stay here again for sure.

  What a wonderful condo. The CBPM team was extremely helpful and accomodating. They answered their emails promptly and did what they could to assist us prior to our stay. (flexible about # of nights, info about Chamber of Commerece) The beach was located right across the street. The one and only drawback, for us, was that the town wasn't in walking distance. With a 10 1/2 month old baby, we would have liked to walk into town rather than the in and out of the car. Also, we would not have had to take the car into town and look for parking. Aside from that minor inconvenience, everything else was great and made for a wonderful first family vacation!! Thank you.

  Within walking distance of Mo's ! Within walking distance of Haystack Rock ! Downtown not that far by car. Great little coffee shop just up the street, too ! Nice people.

• The Move - We started out in C-7 and had to move to C-8 due to the fact that the furnace went out in C-7. The management was very accomodating. They called for a repairman immediately and offered to move us to a new unit.

  The unit was clean and definitely spacious enough for 8 people. Being so close to the beach was a HUGE plus. It was a two minute walk, though we did see some people drive down. That's just being lazy. The pool and hot tub was nice to have, though we found the pool to be on the cold side. Our only other issue would have been the comfort of the pull-out bed. It's gettin' a little old, though then again it's a pull-out. We ended up just putting the mattress on the floor.
  
  We would definitely book this unit again, or recommend it to friends.

  The only thing that came to my mind, while we were there & is quite minor, is to maybe have ziploc bags of different sizes and some more tupperware. Since we did use the kitchen & cook a lot, it would be nice to have something to keep leftovers in. Even, if we needed to take it home, I would put it in a ziploc bag - I didn't take any tupperware home with me. We were lucky enough to have eaten the food that was in our own tupperware, so when it was time to go home we put our leftovers in own tupperware. Just a thought:)

  Overall my family had a wonderful time. We especially got a lot of enjoyment out of the pool which we always had to ourselves during our stay. The condo was comfortable and ell laid out for a family of 5. My two daughters (7 & 8) liked their little hide-away area with the twin beds. We were initially disappointed by the location of the property. It was advertise as being accross the street from the ocean (and technically it was) however we all expected to not only be closer but to also be able to hear and see the beach from more than just a peek-a-boo view. The hwy noise was loud and dominated all sounds.
