Sea Dance is a terrific family beach house. There is plenty of room for all to spread out. The white picket fence encloses the entire yard. As you enter the house, the living room with gas fireplace greets you. This is a lovely room to relax in after a day at the beach. Just off the living room, the open kitchen has French doors leading the backyard. The den just off the kitchen has a hide-a-bed for extra guests. The first bedroom has a queen and twin. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms; one oversized, which has 2 queens and the other with a twin and trundle bed. On the top level, the Great room is complete with big screen T.V., comfortable furniture, poker table, mini fridge and microwave. French doors open to a deck which overlooks the back yard, and has a glimpse of the ocean. Beach access is just around the corner and walking to downtown takes mere minutes. Overall the location is unbeatable; the house is inviting and family friendly. You are sure to create many great memories at Sea Dance.

The Sea Dance is in a great location--close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. For those rainy days there is a large dining room table for playing games (plus a poker table upstairs) and several T.V.s to accommodate different program/movie interests. We look forward to staying at the Sea Dance again next spring.

Excellent house and location for a beach vacation. A short walk to both the beach and downtown - can easly park your car and go on foot everywhere. House has lots of room and plenty of space for gathering or find a quiet place to read a book. Looking forward to our next visit.

The location is so convenient to walks on the beach and quick trips downtown, and we loved being able to take our dog~the fenced yard was perfect! We enjoyed all the flat-screen TVs, but the lack of internet connection was a real disappointment, and the bed situation was not the best for 3 adult couples ! (it would work great with little kids) It was really a cozy home, however.

We love this house: the location, the space, the great upstairs family/game room and deck, the kitchen, etc., etc. The extras, such as beach towels, sand toys, chairs, etc. are very much appreciated. We'll be back!

great location - quiet back street but still had a view of the ocean... the beach was only a block away - weather was outstanding ( sometimes a miracle for the Oregon coast) .... absolutely a GREAT time.....

A large family home that was a terrific vacation place to stay. We loved the location - close to beach and downtown Cannon Beach. Great amenities including games. The only drawbacks were that the bar-b-que does not have good heat distribution and the downstairs shower leaked water under the shower door.

We have stayed at several of the CBPM properties and have always been pleased. the last two years have been at the Sea Dance and it has bee a perfect place for the family to gather to eat, relax, play poker and watch the beach. We loved the cozy living room, the perfect location, the well-equipped kitchen, the views from the upstairs living area. (Our only suggestion is something for playing music in the living room/kitchen area.) Otherwise - perfect!

We loved everything about the Sea Dance. Close to the beach and town; beautiful home and great location. We will definitley want to stay there again. Only issues we had was the garbage can didn't have a lock and an animal knocked it over in the early morning, which had us cleaning up trash all over the street as the garbage truck was pulling up to the house. Can needs a lock and handles for easy transport to curb. Other than that fiasco, the trip was heaven and the Sea Dance was an amazing house!

This property was very close to downtown and the beach. The house was huge and had everything we needed (beds for 12, a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, etc.) including some nice extras (books, games, hangers, kids toys, beach toys, kites). The house is in really good condition and has an interesting layout (it worked out well for us because our toddlers were able to sleep in one end of the house while the rest of us stayed up and played games and watched TV without disturbing them). The only problem that we had was a broken lock and the management company had someone out to fix it within a couple hours. I definitely recommend this house to anyone.
