Sand Pads is a wonderful vacation home for a large family. It is located on a dead end street in Tolovana Park. Nearby are a few grocery markets, some restaurants, and a marvelous bakery. The large covered deck offers many uses, from barbequing to relaxing, while listening to the sounds of the surf and gazing at the magnificent ocean. Easy beach access is just at the end of the street.
As you enter the home on the first level, you walk into a family room, complete with hide-a-bed and wood fireplace. There is also a full bathroom. Just off this room is a bedroom with queen bed and attached bathroom. This bedroom also has it’s own entrance from outside. A laundry room with full size washer and dryer is for your use during your visit. Upstairs you will find an open floor plan that includes the kitchen with large island, living room with wood fireplace and dining area. This is such a great area for all to gather, to cook, watch the ocean, play games, etc. Just off the dining area is a sliding glass door that goes out to the massive covered deck. The hall bath has a tub/shower. The first bedroom has two twin beds and the master with a queen and half bath. This home is so inviting, you will have a hard time leaving. Sleeps 8 max, pets welcome, no smoking and parking for 3 cars. Wireless internet.
