Thayer House is a traditional oceanfront home, located just one short block from the boutiques and restaurants. Beach access is just out the back door and through the gate. The nicely landscaped, fully fenced yard will contain the family’s best friend and children as well. The open floor plan on the first level has a nice flow and has fantastic views of the ocean.
The master bedroom with queen bed and adjoining bathroom is located on the first level. There’s also a half bath off the living room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, and one full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a full and the third has 2 full size beds. All bedrooms boast views of the ocean. Sleeps 6 maximum, pets welcome, no smoking, and parking for 2 cars.
