Sand Dollar is a delightful family vacation home, attractively decorated. Located in the presidential streets, walking to downtown galleries, boutiques and restaurants is a breeze. Also nearby midtown restaurants and coffee shops. Easy beach access is close by. The deck on the front of the home is a nice place to relax. As you enter the home you walk into the living room with wood fireplace. The comfortable furnishings are very inviting. Just off this area are two bedrooms and a full bath with tub/shower. One bedroom has a queen bed; the other has a queen and bunk beds. Continuing through the living room you enter the dining area with seating for six. The full kitchen has a stack washer/dryer. Off the kitchen is the master bedroom with king bed and full bathroom with shower. Sleeps 6 max, no smoking, pets are welcome and parking for 2 cars.
