    great place & location. cute and comfortable, very nice. only complaint is the electrical seemed to be acting up-- nothing that a visit to the circuit breaker box would not fix, although it happened more often than it should and at the wrong times.

    The loccation was perfect, close to the beach, you could see the ocean from several windows. Convenient to town but not right in the traffic area. Close to several attractions along the coast.

    minor problems with property living rm. heat wouldn't shut off, west side window blind was broke. Overall we really enjoyed our stay the property was clean,and well supplied bed could of been newer but nice stay and have recommed your services to friends. thanks for a relaxing vacation.

    I'd highly recommend Cottage Inn for a small family with kids. There were toys for the house and for the sand and great bunk beds for sleeping. The location was really convenient too, just a short walk past a few houses and you were at the beach. It is not within walking distances to town really (if you have a stroller and all) so you'd want to rely on the free shuttle or your car.

    The Cottage Inn is just steps away from the beach. The floor plan is very functional and the kitchen is well equipped. We had a great time!

    we have been going to the same cabin for 11 years. It feels like home to us. We've brought the whole family each time and have many happy memories of stays there.

    I know with inflation the cost of the overnight stay has to go up, but I think the cleaning fee is too high. We would offer to clean it ourselves if that was possible.

    This is a great little cottage. Great for a family of four or six with small children and perfect for a couple. The only drawback with older children would be the one bathroom. Furnishings were lovely and it was comfortable and easy to be there. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home away from home.

    the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. it's in poor shape. i don't know about the ones in the bunk beds.
    kitchen was well stocked w/utensils, cookware, etc.
    location was very nice, at least for this time of year.

    We have rented this home before and loved it. From the feather bed in the master to the view of the waves from the living spaces it is a quality rental. Convenient access to the beach and to downtown via the shuttle.

    We loved our stay! The cottage was perfectly cozy. The kitchen was more than amply stocked with cooking utensils and supplies, not to mention the ample supply of children's games, books, and sand toys. The location was ideal, not too close, but close enough to the downtown, easy walking distance to haystack rock, but yet not on the more touristy side of the beach. We would definately come again

    Small things make the difference when travelling with kids. This cottage has a bookshelf full of toys, books, games, puzzles to keep kids occupied if weather is foul. In good weather, the beach is only a quick walk away and the cottage has all the sand toys you'll need.
