  What a cute cottage! We constantly heard comments as people walked by the cottage of how cute it was. Along with the cute chocolate lab we had with us and a cute blond, blue eyed little boy, it was a scene from a magazine

  We love staying in the historical cottages at Cannon Beach. This was our first visit to Rose Cottage and it did not disappoint! It's quaint, quiet and the perfect get-a-way cottage. Only suggestion for improvement would be a more comfortable sleeper sofa. It slept fine but was really uncomfortable. it was rainy and we attempted to watch movies in the evenings. Would definitely recommend staying here again!

  I gave it overall 4 stars instead of 5, because the description is slightly misleading when it comes to details. It said 1 queen, 1 double, and a hide-a-bed. However, both beds were doubles (there wasn't a queen). Plus, it says internet access, and the rental property had to contact the owner to get internet instructions. If that is one of the main selling points, it should be readily available for the property manager. However, we loved the fenced in yard for our dog; the kitchen was well stocked; the location is perfect, and the overall home was charming. We will be back.

  We really enjoyed our stay. Our only negative comments would be that it was a bit small with two children who need room to run around and the outdoor area was nice, but having it right on the busy street with a low, easy to open gate made it hard to let the kids outside without supervision. Great for a couple without children or for with older children.
