Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, utensils, pans and bake-ware -- probably the best stocked rental we have stayed in. Nice appliances, too -- big fridge, 6-burner stove, dishwasher, microwave, and oven (with nice slide out racks). Bedrooms were in the basement and were very quiet -- did not hear any noise from upstairs in the family area or kitchen! Terrific!Big picture windows looked out on Haystack Rock! We would stay there again, but in the Winter we probably would want no more than 6 people as the common living space is fairly small (kitchen, eating area and greatroom). A larger group in summer would be fine when the yard and deck areas can be used, too.Thanks for a great stay. We'll be back.
"Lifes A Beach" is the greatest home for entertaining and families coming together. This is my fourth time staying at this beach house. That should tell it all....and we will be back. Our family gathered for Christmas and had such a relaxing fun experience.
The house is incredibly beautiful and has a spectacular view. We were in awe the entire time we were there. The bedrooms were a great size and not even the single gals complained about the bunk beds - they were so comfy. The master bedroom is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much!
This property was beautiful, great view & location. Only draw back was the steep steps down to the beach for the Grandma with bad knees.
The deck furniture was the poorest issue. The "picnic table" is rusted out and looks dangerous to use! We would also suggest more detailed instructions regarding recycling. It wasn't picked up because it wasn't properly distributed. Linens were sparse! The house is woefully short on blankets and towels! Totally insufficient for 8 people. Otherwise, we really loved the house and the view made up for a lot!
My family and I spent our Easter Holiday in the property known as "Lifes a Beach". The property is beautiful. We loved the views and the cleanliness of the home. There was a bit of confusion when we were checking out. I had arranged one hour later with the manager and she failed to write it down, so the cleaning staff showed up a bit early. Everything worked out in the end and we had a very pleasant stay.
This is a beautiful home. We stayed at this home before they rebuilt, and the views from the living room, kitchen and bedrooms are amazing. The kitchen is a gourmet delight, and the tile floors are heated, making it always warm. We had plenty of room for everyone. It was great!
