Policy

RESERVATIONS

  • One (1) week minimum in July and August.
  • 14 day minimum in some rentals in July and August.
  • Holidays subject to 3 or 4 night minimum at High Season rate.
  • 2 - 3 night minimum other dates.
  • 3 night minimum ocean front in the off season.
  • Monthly rates available on request.
  • Rates subject to change.
  • Rates subject to applicable lodging tax.
  • Check in time during high season is between 4pm and 6pm, during the off season between 3pm and 5pm.  Check out time is 11 am.
  • Reservations must be confirmed by deposit.
  • We gladly take personal checks, company checks, money orders, credit cards, etc.

SEASONS

  • High Season -  6/18/08 to 9/15/08
  • Value Season - 3/11/08 to 6/17/08, and 9/16/08 to 10/27/08
  • Low Season -  10/30/07 to 3/10/08 and 10/28/08 to 3/10/09

OFF-SEASON HOLIDAYS

  • The following off-season holidays are subject to a 3 or 4 night minimum at the High Season rate.
  • Memorial Day.
  • Thanksgiving.
  • Christmas.
  • New Years.

 

  • PAYMENT

  • An Advance deposit of half the total reservation is due at time of confirmation on a 2 or 3 night stay. Upon confirmation of a one week stay, 3 nights rent is due to confirm and 1 week rent is due to confirm a 2 week stay. Balance due, rent and room taxes plus any additional fees must be received three weeks prior to your arrival. CBPM, Inc. will automatically charge your balance due on the credit card on file. Reservations made 21 days prior to arrival require full payment. One Visa/MasterCard for payment is allowed and must be in the guest(s) name who will be present at the rental property. The original Visa/MasterCard used to pay for the reservation must be present at check-in for a bank required imprint even though your reservation has been paid in full. A $35.00 returned check fee will be due for all returned checks.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • CBPM, Inc. understands that situations can occur that may cause you to cancel your reservation. Please read through our cancellation policy carefully. If you need to cancel your reservation you must notify CBPM, Inc. in writing by letter, fax or email. We do not accept notices of cancellation by telephone.Upon receipt of your written notice of cancellation 120 days prior to your arrival date we will attempt to re-rent your scheduled reserved dates as soon as possible. In the event that we re-rent the property you reserved for all of the dates you reserved, we will retain a $50.00 cancellation fee and return the remaining deposit to you. If we are unable to re-rent the property for all of the dates you reserved, then your deposit will be forfeited. For reservations booked in July and August no refunds will be made if cancellation is after April 1st of the year of the reservation.

CLEANING FEES

  • All homes require a one-time non-refundable cleaning fee. This is collected with the deposit when the reservation is made.
  • There is a $40.00 pet fee per pet in homes allowing pets.
  • Maid service is available during your stay at an extra charge.

TELEPHONES

  • Telephone calls are free locally. Guests are responsible for long distance calls and must use credit card, calling card, or collect calls.

SUPPLIES

  • All homes are furnished with linens, dishes, flatware and cooking utensils. Initial supplies of bath soap and paper products are also provided.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT

  • Upon final payment, you will be sent instructions for check-in and arrangement for keys.
  • CBPM will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. A $15.00 service charge and COD costs are required if you request us to pick up and mail items left in the home.

ROOM TAX

  • All rates, taxes, and fees are subject to change.

CHECK-IN - is between 3:00 to 5:00 off season and between 4:00 and 6:00pm high season

CHECK OUT - is at or before 11:00 AM

TRIP/INTERRUPTION INSURANCE

                CBPM, Inc. offers CSA Travel cancellation/interruption insurance to every guest. CSA is authorized by the Oregon Department of Insurance. Once your payment becomes non-refundable, you may be able to receive a refund of rent, tax and all other fees if you purchased the insurance. For questions concerning the Travel Insurance, please call CSA directly at 1-866-298-6846. The premium paid for travel insurance is non-transferrable and payable with your initial deposit.
