This house was great. Well furnished and full of kitchen supplies. It was the perfect layout for our extended family and the beds were very comfortable.

Staff called and notified us of a storm coming in and we could lose power, we did!
Cement floors make for simple cleaning of sand. Great layout, my 90 year old mother stayed in main floor bedroom, no stairs was awesome for her.Susan T - Posted: 10/28/2021
Being able to stay in a beautiful home that is close to the beach that allows us to have our precious dogs with us.
We have stayed at this beautiful home multiple times and have loved every moment. Heron house has everything you will need to make Lasting memories. Plus, Spectacular location!!!Melissa E - Posted: 9/13/2021
Location of this home was perfect for what we like to do. Your service is always exceptional
Stove fan was non operational and refrigeration water dispenser was not operationalCraig M - Posted: 8/28/2021
The house was built well for the beach and had everything a large group would need. Each bedroom had its own toilet/sink bathroom, and a shared shower between; which is very convenient. We liked the laundry room with the hooks and machines in which to store and wash our sandy clothes. The main area was nice and open. Location was terrific.Anonymous - Posted: 11/10/2020
Spending time with familyAnonymous - Posted: 8/29/2020
Dog friendly good feature, but house looks like it was built for that. We will not be requesting this house in the future. Other similar sized houses with CBPM are dog friendly and appear to be of a higher quality than this house. We are back in Mc Rea house next year. We can board our dog at a very nice place for $40 / day. Do not know what folks charge extra for a dog friendly home, but we will board our dog next year.Anonymous - Posted: 8/29/2020
Staff was very responsive and helpful. Couple reach outs about batteries and coffee pot. They responded immediately and were very considerate. Proximity to the beach was great. Size of unit was great.Anonymous - Posted: 8/17/2020
Great access to beach. Very large unit, great size for large family or group of friends. Lots of cabinets to store your items. Great to have washer and dryer and so many bathrooms. No grass in backyard, so pets will need to use gravel area. Concrete floors are great for pets, but hard on feet. Pack slippers! Also worrisome for little ones falling, so we felt we had to be extra cautious and keep a close eye.Anonymous - Posted: 8/17/2020
I look for a few things when I rent a beach house & have luckily found availability in what we want at CBPM. We like to stay around the Tolovana area where we can easily take our dogs to the southern side of CB where it’s more private for our 2 dogs (one of them is not always dog friendly) & we look for a fenced in yard. We also enjoy Where the inside is dog friendly. This home is great for dogs with the mud/laundry room off the back yard, with a sink to rinse their collars etc & a hose off the back porch to rinse them off and lots of towels to dry them off. The floors are concrete so I didn’t worry about that either with them. There’s a downstairs master which was great and another bathroom by the mud room for our guests. The beds are very comfortable. The big fireplace was great. Lots of windows so a lot of natural light with blinds if you want the privacy. It would very comfortably hold 3 couples with 3-5 kids with the beds they have. It’s 2 houses from the Tolovana park parking lot so easy access to the beach. Great vibe all around. Oh... and a lot of room in the cupboard space for our food & kitchen is very well equipped !!Anonymous - Posted: 2/18/2020

The weather couldn’t have been more beautiful. Our whole family was able to stay in one house.Anonymous - Posted: 10/29/2019
It’s a great location, has plenty of space but furnishings and interior seem a bit worn out. Master shower floor was not clean enough to use. Needs to be replaced.Anonymous - Posted: 10/29/2019

Great space for large group or family. So helpful to have multiple bathrooms. Great location - so close to the beach!Anonymous - Posted: 11/27/2018
The weather was wonderful!!Anonymous - Posted: 10/30/2018
The house was just perfect for our family group. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was really well appointed. The only tiny thing we would suggest is for them to install some hooks near the front door for hanging dog leashes and coats.Anonymous - Posted: 9/3/2018
Extremely well appointed kitchen. It had everything. Each bedroom having a half bath and then shared showers between each two was fantastic. Having the fenced back yard was also wonderful, and patio for the dogs to sit and dry out after trips to the beach.Anonymous - Posted: 9/3/2018
Very comfortable beds, new washer and dryer, well stocked kitchen for cooking large meals (except could use a crock pot). Nice quality pans. Plenty of towels so you do not need to wash them daily. Nice fire pit area in the back. Could use a few more Adirondack chairs (prefer the plastic kind as the wooden ones are hard to adjust). Large grill is nice.Anonymous - Posted: 8/5/2018
The staff. You always go above and beyond. We had an issue with the water having to be shut off due to a leak and it was solved so quickly.Anonymous - Posted: 7/11/2018
It’s very quiet inside, despite being in a busy location.Anonymous - Posted: 7/11/2018
A house big enough for our whole family. Also, the weather was great!Anonymous - Posted: 5/29/2018
The instructions on using the blow-up hide-a-bed need to be displayed near the bed.Anonymous - Posted: 5/29/2018

This is a nice home for 8 or more people. It is fully stocked with all dishes and kitchen equipment.
I give it a thumbs up.Anonymous from Montesano - Posted: 9/21/2016
Wonderful wonderful. Loved the house - it was perfect for our family. Beds were soooo comfortable. Beach was beautiful. Loved the lack of crowds. Very helpful and considerate office staff.Anonymous from Springfield - Posted: 7/12/2016
We loved everything about this place BUT if we ever had a repeat of no TV in the house all weekend, we'd NEVER stay there - or with Cannon Beach Vacation Rental - again!! It was NCAA playoff weekend! Another house was offered, but it wouldn't work because we MUST have full handicap access plus 5 bedrooms. We did just view one game in another minimally handicap house (steps at entry) but that doesn't begin to compensate for the broken DISH the whole weekend in-house - nor does the offer of free movie rentals. The only possible fair comp might be a deep price adjustment - not sure how much - and they wouldn't agree to that at all! The TV issue - in advance - would be a deal breaker. We were almost to Cannon Beach when they sent us a message about it, but early warning isn't really helpful when we need the handicap plus 5 bedroom set up. That takes a lot of time to find.Anonymous from Chehalis - Posted: 4/6/2016
Great House-Great weather-CBPM strives to have all appliances in working order, but sometimes we cannot receive the fast service as in a large City. We are sorry you missed the ability to watch TV. We hope your beach visit was the highlight of your trip.Cannon Beach Property Management staffPosted: 4/18/2016
Searenity is a perfect set up for families or groups traveling together. Easy walk across a vacant lot to access the beach. Rooms are set up nicely, great room/kitchen with a big dining table is fun for big groups. The only problem was a missing door handle on the front storm door, which made it a pain to enter the house, but other than that it was a perfect stay and we would rent this house again.Anonymous from Spokane - Posted: 8/10/2015
Thank you for letting us know about the storm door, Michael. We have notified the owner and new storm doors are on order.Cannon Beach Property Management staffPosted: 8/14/2015
Searenity is a great place to stay. Plenty of room for 9 (parents, grandparents and 5 20-somethings). Very happy with the location. Nice unobstructed view of the ocean with access to the beach just across the street. A coffee shop, convenience store, 2 restaurants, park and shuttle to downtown were all within a couple blocks.
Everything was clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. We liked that the sofa bed had an air mattress. Would highly recommend.Anonymous from Johnstown - Posted: 8/3/2015
This house more than met our extended family needs and was well appointed, especially the kitchen. The gas range and (75 gal) water heater were fantastic. We loved the concrete floors on the first level as they made "sand control" an easy task. The backyard fire pan was a nice bonus.Anonymous from Richland - Posted: 7/12/2015
Our family so enjoyed staying at Searenity! We all enjoyed the five bedrooms with bathrooms attached. The king beds were very comfortable. Great room and kitchen were roomy. The backyard was cute and we enjoyed a campfire and Smores there! Our dogs enjoyed their stay as well. It was a dog friendly neighborhood as we had dogs on either side of us and behind. The park was one house over and our granddaughter enjoyed swinging. We would stay here again!Anonymous from Tigard - Posted: 6/2/2015
Searenity is a great facility for an extended family or group. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, except some have a tub/shower shared with another. The two king bedrooms on the second floor facing the water are the best (except for the one with the missing window blind -- I can't imagine why the owners haven't replaced it).
The kitchen facilities are adequate. Plenty of plates, flatware and cookware. The stove and fridge leave something to be desired, with the non-functional ice maker/water dispenser and the stove that took 45 minutes to boil water for pasta. But, there are ice trays and the water did, finally, boil. The washer and dryer also work but also seem a little tired.
All floors are bare except the stairs. That's nice because you know it's clean when you arrive. And a vacuum in the closet makes it easy to sweep up after the little ones.
Some of the metal parts around the property are showing some rust, indicating the right materials (CRES) or finishes (galvanized) may not have been used everywhere.
Furniture throughout was very useful. The dining table is large. The beds are comfortable. The sofa bed has an inflatable mattress so be ready to plug in the air pump before you throw on the sheets!
Overall, Searenity is a good value. Location is great (near the fantastic Sea Level coffee and Warren House Pub). View is wonderful. Despite the few shortcomings, we may rent it again.Anonymous from Renton - Posted: 4/15/2015
We loved staying at Searenity. We just had a couple of maintainence issues: The window blind facing the street in an upstairs bedroom was stowed in the closet instead of installed on the window. Two of the toilet seats were loose causing a loud bang when used. Maintainence personnel was responsive and professional.Anonymous from Vancouver - Posted: 11/24/2014
We have a great stay at a very well appointed house, with plenty of room for two families. View and access to beach was a breeze. Only somewhat of an issue was not expecting to have concrete floors, but it worked just a little different.Anonymous from Fircrest - Posted: 10/14/2014
We had a household of 9 this year--it was nice to have such a large house that held so many of us so we could be together.Anonymous from Burtonsville - Posted: 8/14/2014
Everything exceeded our expectations. Linda, our initial contact, was so very friendly & helpful. Searenity itself was a lovely home yet practical. It has a wonderful open area in the kitchen/dining/family room which easily accommodated our party of 12 as well as bedrooms which provided privacy. There are wonderful views from every room & the main floor bedroom is wheelchair accessible with its own entry. You could feel that this home was made for family & memories. That was only confirmed when we discovered a message written in one of the closets "This house was loved & cared for by our family. May your time here be blessed." Thank you so much for sharing your home....our precious memories will last forever.Anonymous from Kearney - Posted: 7/18/2013
We had nine family members who rented the house and it was just perfect for all of us. Having five bedrooms and five bathrooms was great especially with that many adults in the house. Great location as could just walk across the empty lot across the street to the beach. This is the second house we've rented through CB Property Management and have been very pleased both times.Anonymous from North Bend - Posted: 4/23/2013
Three families with small kids really enjoyed our stay. The only reason I rated four stars for the property condition was because the downstairs had concrete floors (cold feet) and the dining room chairs were a bit uncomfortable. But overall we really liked the house, the kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy, and we all appreciated having our own bathrooms. Highly recommend for families with kids.Anonymous from Seattle - Posted: 2/21/2013
The house was perfect for children, wheelchair bound individual and two dogs. Loved the large table which comfortably fit everyone: 12 residents plus 3 additional dinner guests.Well designed and layout for enough bathrooms, showers, and hot water. Linens, kitchen pots and pans, and cutlery well above the quality usually found in a rental. Couldn't have been betterAnonymous from Crystal Lake - Posted: 1/9/2013
The family gathered this year in Cannon Beach for Thanksgiving. We arrived on Tuesday and left on Sunday. Since 17 of us couldn't all fit in 1 property we had most of the family stay at Searenity. It was a great house and location for the family and everyone loved the house.Anonymous from Seattle - Posted: 11/28/2012
Our quilt retreat group found this the best home we've ever rented! It met our needs perfectly; was very spacious and comfortable; the kitchen was stocked with anything a cook could want and the beds were to die for!!! We've been doing this for 13 yrs. and this is our favorite home. We will continue to rent it as long as it's available.Anonymous from Madras - Posted: 9/30/2012
We had a great time, nice, clean, and well equipped beach home. We had our adult kids and their families, plus sister in law too. Everyone was pleased with their stay :o)Anonymous from Spokane - Posted: 9/19/2012
Our group really liked the house. Dining table was a great gathering place. Thank you, CBPM for taking such good care of us!Anonymous from Burtonsville - Posted: 8/7/2012
This house is wonderful and has high end supplies. The view was spectaular and well worth the money. I can not wait to stay here on our next trip.Anonymous from Hermiston - Posted: 4/2/2012
