Isabel House

You are paying for the view and it was worth the price. In general the furniture and beds need upgrades. Bring your own pillow, shampoo, bath soap, toilet paper and tissues. Bathing items not provided. Paper and tissues too thin to be effective. Knowing what I know I would come back. Older property well maintained and clean.

Love Isabel House! We have been here four times in recent years and are always happy to return. The accommodations are comfortable, quiet, private, with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Great for recharging the soul!

The weather was perfect! The location is good. The deck is very nice. This house needs a lot of care & deep cleaning. The vent in upper bath is clogged with filth. The knob for vent in lower bath is missing so can’t use. The ancient microwave and toaster need replacing. Microwave is rusty, toaster burns one side of bread in both slots. The refrigerator is also ancient and VERY noisy. The dining table has plexiglass on top but you see food crumbs under it. The dining chairs are white but coated in years of grime. Most of the furniture belongs at the dump. The fence in front is falling down. The shrubbery on the beach side is taller than the deck. There was only one dish towel but we were able to get some from property mgmt. One bed did not have a top sheet.
We were very disappointed in this house for the price point. The only thing that saved the trip was the weather!

A wonderful Family vacation. Great views and beach access. We will be back! Needs a bit of yard maintenance. Path to beach getting narrower and half of deck has view of beach below blocked by overgrown shrubbery grown so tall.

This home exists in tribute to their family's matriarch. Ozzy is our 6th generation family member to frolic on Cannon Beach, this house was perfect for it. On the beach. Close to stuff, but not overwhelmed with crowds. Clean. All the amenities. It was a wonderful weekend.

Clean. beachfront. however, landscaping has been ignored. lower bedrooms view of the beach and Haystack Rock totally obscured by overgrown foilage. Shoots are above the upper deck. Grille cover in tatters (should just throw it away). Construction next door left sawdust on car. Something needs to be done about that.

It was such a luxury to cook, do laundry, give the kids naps, and rest all while continuing to enjoy the ocean. The property was clean and well stocked, as well as a grocery store within walking distance, so all the logistics that make traveling with three little kids stressful were taken care of so that I could also enjoy myself! The views from the house were unbeatable, and staying right on the beach allowed us to enjoy the ocean in every phase- morning, afternoon, evening, sunset, sunny, rainy- it was a dream come true. The property management gave very clear instructions and were communicative, which made the trip even more seamless. Me and my family highly recommend.

We had a great time at the Isabel house. It situated in a great spot. An easy way to Sea Level bakery, a well stocked grocery store and a lot of eating options. You couldn't ask for a better view and the steps to the beach were manageable.

Our long weekend was perfect at this house on the beach. It was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We had a small problem that the property manager handled for us - they were responsive to our request. I would highly recommend this home and Cannon Beach Property Management.

We stayed at the Isabel house in Nov. for Thanksgiving and the weather was great and enjoyed fantastic views and sunsets! The house was very cozy and very accommodating. Always a pleasure to visit Cannon Beach and rent through CBPM which our family has done for many years. Thanks again

Perfect location right on the beach! House had most things needed for cooking meals and there are great restaurants nearby also! CBPM was very responsive to the few issues we had. Great company to work with!

We have been yearly visitors for 45 years. I would have to say our view and beach front house were the exceptional items this year.

Inside of house is bigger than we anticipated and was nice surprise. Kitchen well supplied with dishes, silverware and pans. Access to beach is just rock steps but easy to navigate and right there off back yard. View from house and deck is FABULOUS.

We had our whole family together - can't beat that. The location of Isabel house was perfect, the room layout of the house was great, and the views beautiful. The deck and deck chairs were clean and in good condition.
