The house was in a perfect location to beach and town. It had everything we needed. Our stay was fantastic. And the beds, sheets and pillows were very comfortable! Not a normal thing in many rentals.

Home has a nice layout of bedrooms, comfy beds, stunning view, steps away from the sandy beach.

The cbpm properties are always clean and well-stocked and I appreciate the consistency and dependability. The lock box is convenient and easy too. I wish I could visit 4-5 times per year!

Beautiful view just steps from the beach and an easy walk to town. 4+ bedrooms are ideal for a large family or a group of friends. I always rent from cbpm-they are always kind and helpful.

Everything-I’ve loved being there every time I’ve been! The restaurants are excellent, shopping is fun, everyone is kind and the view is like none other.

Perfectly located home made it easy to walk everywhere and even drop packages off and keep shopping! The home is large and functional with a beautiful view of the ocean-can’t see the beach, but the ocean view is incredible. The house is clean, updated and would be perfect for a large family.

Access to ocean and views especially of Haystack Rock. The house was very clean and convenient to use. Well furnished with good beds and exceptional bedding. Good AC.

This is a nice house in a perfect location. The kitchen could use a functioning oven and higher quality pots and pans. Bathroom towels were luxurious.

The house has wonderful views from inside as well as on the deck. In addition, it is a short walk to town - never have to get in the car.

Love the house and location but interior could use some updating. Kitchen needs a few more pots/pans to use if cooking for a group/family (i.e a griddle, and a large skillet to use for breakfast would be helpful as well as few larger pots.)

Staff was friendly and helpful. We really liked the house layout, the large front deck and the one floor. Just.a couple stairs in and out of the house. Loved the location.
