This property has it all - a delightful down-the-street ocean view at the Tolovana end of Cannon Beach and within walking distance of the Sea Level Bakery, Surfcrest Market, Fresh Foods, and the Warren House Pub. Tucked into a quiet neighborhood, this is the place to take a deep breath, kick back, and create memorable moments at the beach with your family as you enjoy a private backyard featuring a hot tub, landscaped fire pit, and a covered, heated outdoor dining area. ***Just added Electric Vehicle Charger located in the garage****

As you step into this home from the covered front deck, the entry way provides an ample collection point to hang jackets and tuck away shoes before moving through this lower level of sleeping quarters. A sumptuous, King Master bedroom to the right provides a roomy lounging area with window seating and a wide-screen TV. The double-sinked master bathroom includes a tub and shower. Down the hall is a second bedroom with a Queen-sized bed, a bunk room with extra long Twin bunks, and a full bathroom with tub and shower. A nice sized utility area at the end of the hallway has a full sized washer and dryer.

Upstairs the air-conditioned second level opens up to an expansive chef's kitchen with counter space to die for, including a dining counter with 4 barstools. The open dining area shares space with a unique wet bar featuring an amusing martini glass shaped sink, while the great room boasts an attractive gas fireplace and hidden Queen sized Murphy bed. A powder room completes this floor.

But probably the two outstanding features of this home are the outdoor seating areas. From the upstairs great room, step onto the west-facing, protected, and heated deck and enjoy the view down to the ocean! Or, from the lower level back entry, step out onto the large covered and heated dining deck area, enjoy the hot tub steps away, and lounge at the fire pit. The lovely landscaping creates a quiet, private atmosphere for lounging and peaceful conversation.

This spacious, tastefully decorated property will make you feel right at home, inviting you into the perfect beach-y experience.

Accommodates 8 maximum; no pets; no smoking; parking for 3 vehicles.

2-5 night minimum stay, except summer months.

7 night minimum stay during summer months.

*This home is a restricted property - this restriction is a City of Cannon Beach policy requiring 14 days in between each guests arrival date. Your chosen dates might not be available, and if your request blocks a holiday then holiday rates may apply. If your requested dates are not compliant, our office will notify you to discuss options.*

This vacation home suited the needs of our family of four perfectly. The location was great with a short walking distance to the beach.

Magical beach, nice people

The upstairs heated deck with sofa is the best feature of this house. But be cognizant that noise from the deck can amplify into the neighbourhood and this is not desirable to the neighbours at night. Neighbours were very kind during our stay and told us they appreciate that we were a quiet family.
