As you step into this home from the covered front deck, the entry way provides an ample collection point to hang jackets and tuck away shoes before moving through this lower level of sleeping quarters. A sumptuous, King Master bedroom to the right provides a roomy lounging area with window seating and a wide-screen TV. The double-sinked master bathroom includes a tub and shower. Down the hall is a second bedroom with a Queen-sized bed, a bunk room with extra long Twin bunks, and a full bathroom with tub and shower. A nice sized utility area at the end of the hallway has a full sized washer and dryer.

Upstairs the air-conditioned second level opens up to an expansive chef's kitchen with counter space to die for, including a dining counter with 4 barstools. The open dining area shares space with a unique wet bar featuring an amusing martini glass shaped sink, while the great room boasts an attractive gas fireplace and hidden Queen sized Murphy bed. A powder room completes this floor.

But probably the two outstanding features of this home are the outdoor seating areas. From the upstairs great room, step onto the west-facing, protected, and heated deck and enjoy the view down to the ocean! Or, from the lower level back entry, step out onto the large covered and heated dining deck area, enjoy the hot tub steps away, and lounge at the fire pit. The lovely landscaping creates a quiet, private atmosphere for lounging and peaceful conversation.
