You'll have plenty of leisurely family space to enjoy a special memory in Cannon Beach.

Stepping into the ample entry, you're immediately drawn into and struck by the large and open Great Room area. Featuring stunning ocean-themed art, a large stoned gas fireplace, attractive and well-appointed seating, an open dining table with bench and chairs, and a flow out onto a dining deck with a peek-a-boo ocean view, this area invites gathering time. Whether around a sumptuous meal, or cozying up to a warm fire, or dropping into your favorite Smart TV entertainment, this high-ceilinged space feels expansive and welcoming.

And if you have more than one chef in the family, the kitchen provides enough generous counter space to accommodate tag-team culinary preparations. Vast and open with a counter-seating and nook area, this kitchen begs saute'ing on the gourmet gas stove, baking that specialty pizza, or grilling on the BBQ just steps onto another deck. This outdoor area flows like an extension of the indoor kitchen and nook area, with outdoor seating around a smokeless fire pit, just waiting for s'mores enjoyment.

This main level conveniently provides a private King bedroom, a full bathroom off the hallway with tub and shower, and a laundry room with full sized washer, dryer, and utility sink.

Upstairs are two en suite bedrooms: a Queen-sized room with a full bathroom, including a tub and shower; and a large King-sized room with a full bathroom to include double sinks, a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub, as well as an adjoining private chaise-lounging / library area with a gas stove fireplace and ocean view.

From the main level entry area, stairs lead down to a bunk room with two sets of built-in bunk beds. This roomy area is a great youth-space with a Smart TV and bean bag seating.

This home is located in a quiet residential area just steps away from public beach access at the end of the street. After a day beach combing your family will enjoy lounging around the fire pit savoring those s'mores!

Accommodates 10 maximum; no smoking; Pets welcome; parking for 4 vehicles in front of the garage.

3 night minimum stay, except during the summer months.

7 night minimum stay for the summer months.

Deck Furniture and BBQ's are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
