Sink into the sumptuous sofa while cozying up to the handsome gas fireplace or enjoying Smart TV entertainment. Plenty of windows create a light and airy atmosphere while dining around the table and seated counter, or while turning out that culinary specialty on the ample gas stove. Contemporary and deluxe appliances make vacation meal-prep and clean-up a breeze.
Also on this level, at the end of the hallway from the entry foyer, is a spacious en' suite bedroom featuring a King-sized bed, a sizable walk-in shower, a separate soaking tub, and a deep walk-in closet. A private door from this room leads out onto a quiet outdoor seating area, the perfect spot to enjoy a savory cup of morning coffee.
Before heading upstairs, a powder room and laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer are located off the hallway.
Once upstairs, the landing / lounge area provides an additional gathering space perfect for TV, games, or to get away from downstairs activity. On one side of the landing is another roomy en' suite bedroom with a King-sized bed, with a shower / tub combination in the bathroom. The other side of the landing features two bedrooms, each with King-sized beds, and a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Be sure to take advantage of hot and cold water faucets in both the front and back of the house for those sandy feet or puppy paws, and enjoy the outdoor wrap around patio. This area features a covered space to enjoy the gas fire pit, grilling, lounging, and nature watching regardless of weather!

Deck Furniture and BBQ's are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
