Welcome to our newest edition in the Presidential section of town. This beautifully remodeled beach cottage with a down-the-street ocean view is a surprising gem and will become your perfect getaway year after year. This cottage's modest exterior reveals a delightfully exquisite interior! Open and spacious, crisp and bright, this cottage's well-appointed decor creates a classic, upbeat, tasteful beach cottage experience.

Cozy up around the electric fireplace while enjoying movie night on the large smart TV. This warm, open living space flows comfortably into the family-style dining area; extra bench seating next to the deck slider makes for easy shoe removal after a leisurely beach walk. After a full day out and about the village just blocks away, the bright, sleek, contemporary kitchen provides for easy, convenient meal preparation and clean-up.

Off of the open living spaces, the first bedroom features a Queen-sized bed set within beach-y surroundings and dancing dolphins. Across the hallway a utility area (providing a full sized washer and dryer) flows into a bright bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.

At the hallway's end, two King-sized beds await in these bedrooms. The roomy bedroom to the left provides a cozy reading chair among nautical decor, and the whimsical master bedroom to the right includes a private bathroom with an ample walk-in shower.

This delightful property is just a quick 3-minute walk to the beach, and convenient to: Sleepy Monk Coffee Roasters, the Pelican Brewery, Bald Eagle Coffee House, Wayfarer Restaurant & Lounge, Seashore Bagel Deli & Espresso, Screw & Brew, Icefire Glassworks, the Family Market, Theresa's Market, and during the summer the Cannon Beach Farmers Market!

Accommodates 6 maximum; no smoking; no pets; parking for 2 vehicles.

3-5 night minimum stay, except during the summer months.

7-night minimum stay during summer months.

Despite not being able to stay at the rental we originally booked, we were very pleased with the Sand Dollar. It was a great location to access the beach, but was also an easy walk to get into town. The Sand Dollar was well equips with everything we needed and was very comfortable!

The Sand Dollar is in such a great location! It was easy to walk to the beach each morning and an easy walk to get into town. The rental itself was very cozy and comfortable and we enjoyed the water view. When the sun came out we enjoyed the patio facing the beach.

The location of the home is perfect : central to Cannon Beach shops and close to the ocean.

The home is in excellent condition, and has a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. Mattresses are very comfortable! It was nice to view the ocean from deck as well.
