Stepping into the Main-House, the spectacular ocean view captures your breath and draws you into the main living quarters. High ceilings and expansive windows make for a light and airy atmosphere while the stone hearth and gas fireplace creates warmth and coziness. The tastefully decorated seating area invites you to either sink into the sofa and overstuffed chairs, or gaze out from the window box-seating. You will not miss a moment of ocean drama from these views!

The open flow of this main level provides ample room for gathering around the dining table and counter. Any chef will appreciate the luxurious atmosphere the view provides while preparing those beach-y meals. Whether brewing a big pot of winter storm-watching soup, or pulling together all the essentials for a down-on-the-deck grilled summer feast, this well-supplied kitchen eases the perfect get-away.

Before heading down the stairs to the master bedroom suite, this upper level includes a delightful powder room featuring an Hawaiian artisan sink. Once downstairs, you'll note the subtle continuation of authentic Hawaiian craftsmanship in the pineapple themed headboard and footboard. This soothing room of course highlights the ocean view! Gently awaken to the sound of gulls sweeping over wave-tops and watch the breakers roll onto the beach as you start your day. If you must check those emails, a convenient desk area will still keep the Pacific in view, or step out your private door onto the deck for a deep breath of sea air. The master bathroom on this level features both, a separate walk-in shower, and free-standing tub.

One of the outstanding features of this home is the *roomy deck. Enjoy the view, the privacy, sun-bathing, watching for whale spouts, and dining and drinks around the cozy fire-pit. A private staircase to the beach awaits. *(This broad deck also accommodates the home-owner's additional private cottage, which will not be in use during a guest's stay.)

The additional sleeping area on this property is the unique, separate Bunk-House located at the top of the stairs at the parking lot level. This dwelling provides an efficiency area with counter and cabinet space, coffee maker, and refrigerator. The cozy bunk room furnishes two twin beds, a bunk bed, and a seating area. The utility bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and washer and dryer. Easy access to the Main-House is just steps away down the exterior stairway.

**This property is located on a high slope with three sets of stairs - from the street parking level down to the Main-House entry level; from the main level to the deck level; and from the deck level to the beach.**

Accommodates 6 maximum; no pets; no smoking; parking for 2 vehicles.

3-5 night minimum stay, except summer months.

14 night minimum stay during summer months.

Deck Furniture and BBQ's are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
