Sky-lit and open, this foyer-space provides plenty of room to discard shoes and outer-wear, and then draws you into the expansive Great Room. Two seating areas invite comfortable gathering either around the striking gas fireplace, or at the large smart TV. Surrounded by stunning, museum-quality indigenous art, this Great Room creates a sleek, modern, tranquil atmosphere.

Flowing from the gathering spaces are a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen, a bistro / wet-bar area, ample counter seating for easy meals, dining seating for six, and access through large folding glass doors onto the expansive decked balcony from either the living or dining areas. The indoor / outdoor sensation of this space invites luxurious wining, dining, relaxation and comfort.

Extending from the dining area and down the hall, the serene King master suite beckons. Indulge away your cares in the custom steam shower, or sink into the deep soaking tub. Bluetooth wifi lighting at the dual sinks will simultaneously connect individuals to the audio entertainment of their choice.

This level also provides an additional powder room with walk-in shower, and a laundry room with ample folding counters and a built in ironing board. Back at the main entry area, an attractive staircase leads down to the lower level.
